Submit Online Application on our website www.hccanada.org with all supplementary documentations.
Supplementary documentations that must be submitted are the following;
* Academic Records(report card from previous school)/Commentary for the current year plus previous year.
- report cards in a language other than English must be translated to English
and the original must be submitted with the translation
* Letter of Recommendation (must be sealed)
* Copy of Applicant's Passport.
* Copy of Applicant’s Birth Certificate or Family Registry for Korean nationals.
Upon submission of application form and all supporting documents, Admissions Office will decide whether to offer an interview and test opportunity.
If the applicant is given a test/interview opportunity, the Admissions Office will contact
the perspective student to set a test/interview date.
Applicants will be assessed in mathematics and English skills.
The test will take approximately 50 minutes.
Duration of the test and interview may vary depending on applicant's level of proficiency in English.
Please be informed that an opportunity to admissions test and interview does not guarantee placement at Hillside Collegiate Junior.
Hillside Collegiate Admissions team will thoroughly review all documentations along with the
admission test and interview result.
Please be informed that Hillside Collegiate Junior is not obligated to inform parents with specific scores/results of the test.
After careful consideration and assessment of the applicant, the admissions office will notify enrollment decision via email.
Parents/Guardians will also receive a formal letter of acceptance and a tuition invoice in the email.
